摘要(Abstract):
采用135 dtex/72 f阳离子染料可染涤纶(CDP)预取向丝(POY)及88 dtex/48 f日本TMT ATF-1500型"S+Z"拉伸假捻变形机上生产阳涤复合纱,探讨了其生产工艺。结果表明:在拉伸速度500~600 m/min、变形热箱温度160~170℃、定形热箱温度155~165℃、拉伸比1.66~1.68、D/Y比1.70~1.75、网络喷嘴孔径1.4 mm、压力0.19 MPa的生产工艺下,生产的138 dtex/120 f阳涤复合纱的断裂强度为3.78 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为20.0%,其产品风格独特,织物染色鲜艳,并获得客户的认可。
The production technology was discussed by using 135 dtex/72 f cationic dyeable PET POY and88 dtex/48 f PET POY to produce the CDP polyester composite filament. The composite filament was produced on the Japanese TMT ATF-1500 "S+Z" stretch false twist texturing machine. The results show when the stretching speed is 500~600 m/min, the first heat box temperature is 160~170 ℃, the second heat box temperature is 155~165 ℃, draw ratio is 1.66~1.68, D/Y ratio is 1.73, the aperture diameter of air interlacing jet is 1.4 mm, pressure is 0.19 MPa, the breaking strength and elongation at break of the 138 dtex/120 f composite yarn are 3.78 cN/dtex and 20.0% respectively. The fabrics produced by the composite yarn are unique in style, bright in dyeing and recognized by customers.
