提高PBO纤维分散性能的研究

摘要(Abstract):

为提高聚对苯撑苯并二噁唑(PBO)纤维在悬浮液中的分散性能继而提高湿法成网的均匀性,首先采用偶联剂对PBO纤维进行表面改性,以施加的偶联剂质量分数、改性时间和改性温度进行三因素三水平正交分析,得到PBO纤维预处理的最佳工艺参数为偶联剂质量分数30%、改性时间12 h、改性温度40℃;然后探讨了分散剂聚氧化乙烯(PEO)质量分数、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)质量分数及pH值对预处理后的PBO纤维悬浮液分散性能的影响,通过正交试验,得到最佳工艺参数为PEO质量分数0.010%、CTAB质量分数0.013%、pH值5。
In order to improve the dispersion performance of poly(p-phenylene-2,6-benzoxazole)(PBO) fiber in suspension and then improve the uniformity of wet mesh, firstly, the surface modification of PBO fiber was carried out with coupling agent. Three factors and three levels of orthogonal analysis were carried out based on the mass fraction of coupling agent, the modification time and the modification temperature. The optimal process parameters of pretreatment of PBO fiber were as follows: the mass fraction of coupling agent30%, the modification time 12 h and the modification temperature 40 ℃. Then, the effects of mass fraction of dispersant polyethylene oxide(PEO), cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB) and pH value on the dispersion performance of pretreated PBO fiber suspension were investigated. The optimal process parameters were obtained by orthogonal test: the mass fraction of PEO 0.010%, the mass fraction of CTAB 0.013% and the p H value 5.
