活性碳纤维毡净化染料废水Study on Degradation of Dyeing Waste Water with Activated Carbon Fiber Felt

摘要(Abstract):
以甲基橙染料溶液为目标净化物,采用单因素法,探讨了活性碳纤维毡(ACF)投加量、光源、pH值和ACF毡再生等因素对甲基橙染料溶液净化效果的影响。结果表明:在300 W氙灯照射180 min,当ACF毡投加量为0.10 g时,对100 mL质量浓度为20 mg/L的甲基橙染料溶液的净化率达95.8%;当甲基橙染料溶液的pH值=10时,ACF毡表现出较高的吸附性能;经过一次再生后的ACF毡仍具有较强的净化能力,对甲基橙染料溶液的净化率达73.8%。
The properties of activated carbon fiber felt(ACF) were investigated using methyl orange dye solution as the target degradation pollutants by single factor method.The light source,the dosing quantity of ACF felt,pH and the regeneration of ACF felt factors had an effect on the photocatalytic degradation results,which showed that when the dosing quantity of ACF felt was 0.10 g and the concentration of the methyl orange dye solution was 20 mg/L,the degradation rate of the solution was 95.8 % under 300 W xenon lamp irradiating for 180 min.The ACF felt had a higher absorption capacity when the pH of methyl orange dye solution was 10.After one regeneration from the ACF felt used to purify methyl orange dye solution,the degradation rate of dye solution was 73.8 %,which showed that one regeneration of ACF felt still had a higher degradation ability.
