芳香/脂肪族聚脲的合成与表征

摘要(Abstract):

以4,4'-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和间苯二胺为预聚单体,己二胺为扩链剂,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂,采用两步法,合成了一系列芳香/脂肪族共聚脲。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、电子强力仪、热失重(TGA)等对其结构特征及材料的力学性能和热性能进行了表征。
In this paper a series of aromatic/aliphat co-polyureas have been synt hesized using 4,4'-diphenyl diisocyanate m-diphenylamine and hexamethlene diamin e. The structure and properties of the co-polyureas have been characterized by F TIR, TGA. The results of FTIR analysis indicate that the synthesized co-polyurea s have the expected chemistry structure. TGA analysis indicates that the thermal decomposition temperature of the co-polyureas are above 250 ℃. The apparent ac tivation energies of thermal decomposition are between 59.0~66.2 kJ/mol and the reaction order are between 0.24~0.79. When the mole ratio of m-diphenylamine to hexamethylene diamine is 1:1, the copolyurea sample has the highest molecular we ight. The mechanical property of the co-polyurea films show that the elastic mod uli are between 300~1389 MPa, the tensile strength arrive 29~74 MPa.
