摘要(Abstract):
简单介绍在TMT高速纺设备上生产阻燃黑色250 dtex/144 f聚酯预取向丝(POY)的生产工艺,重点阐述在Barmag 1000V加弹机上生产阻燃黑色333 dtex/288 f聚酯高弹丝(HTY)的工艺技术,对牵伸比、T_1张力、T_2张力、第一热箱温度和D/Y等参数在生产试验中进行了对比分析,试验表明:加弹机加工速度750 m/min,牵伸比1.65,第一热箱温度165℃,D/Y 1.54,选用赫伯利S2网络喷嘴,主网络压力0.16 MPa,生产的HTY的外观和M率最好。该HTY的极限氧指数为32%,具有较好的阻燃性能。
The production technology of flame-retardant black 250 dtex/144 f polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY) on TMT high-speed spun equipment was briefly introduced.The production technology of flame-retardant black 333 dtex/288 f polyester high texturing yarn(HTY) on Barmag 1000V texturing machine was mainly described.The parameters of draft ratio,T1tension,T2tension,temperature of the first hot box and D/Y were compared and analyzed in the production test.The results show that the processing speed of the texturing machine is 750 m/min,the draft ratio is 1.65,the temperature of the first hot box is 165 ℃,the D/Y is1.54,the Heberlein S2 network nozzle is selected,the main network pressure is 0.16 MPa,and the appearance and M ratio of HTY produced are the best.The limiting oxygen index of the HTY is 32%,and it has good flame-retardant properties.
