单丝纤度对涤纶细旦中空纤维结构与性能的影响

摘要(Abstract):

本文利用增白切片和改性切片在TesterⅢ型纺丝机、VC443A拉伸机上研制了单丝纤度为0.5~1.5dtex涤纶细旦中空纤维,并对其进行了结构与性能分析.结果表明:在低速纺丝下制备的涤纶细旦中空纤维,由于其径向应力大于轴向应力,使得原丝成径向取向,纤维强力较高,伸长也高.而制得的拉伸丝其中空异形度也达18~35%,可满足实际加工需要.
Using both the brightened and modified PET chips,micro hollow fibers (dpf = 0. 5~ 1. 5)are prepared in Tester Ⅲ spinning machine and VC443A drawing machine. The structure and properties are tested by X-ray diffraction meter,PM- Ⅱ sonic velocity meter,Instron 1122 tensile tester as well as electron and light microscopy. The results show micro hollow as-spun fibers prepared at low spinning velocity have radial orientation, higher strength and elongation at rupture due to the higher radial stress than in the normal direction. Micro hollow drawn yarns with hollowness up to 18-35% can be produced employed for afterproeessing.
