摘要(Abstract):
介绍了上浆量对碳纤维应用性能影响的最新研究情况,综述了上浆量对碳纤维成型过程中的工艺性能以及复合材料的力学性能的影响,阐述了上浆量对碳纤维界面性能的影响机制,指出针对特定材料体系,存在一个能够使界面结合性能最强的最佳上浆量。
The latest research on the effect of sizing content on the application properties of carbon fiber is introduced, and the effect of sizing content on the process performance of carbon fiber in the forming process and the mechanical properties of composite materials is reviewed. The influence mechanism of sizing content on the interface properties of carbon fiber is expounded, and it is pointed out that for a specific material system, there is an optimal sizing content that can make the interface bonding performance the strongest.
