摘要(Abstract):

介绍了制造合成革的新型材料——海岛型超细纤维的组成、结构和染色性能,分别对基布中的PA和PU组分进行了分析。针对这种新型合成革染色中出现的染色不匀、不深、不牢问题,探讨了从纤维-染料-工艺-助剂的有机体系中去解决的染色思路。海岛型超细纤维必将是合成革发展的大势所趋,其研究和应用前景十分广阔。
The composition, structure and dyeing properties of sea-island composite fiber were introduced. And the composition of PA and PU were analyzed separately. To the uneven, superficial and infirm dyeing of new synthetic leather, an idea which considering the whole system of fiber-dyestuff-technics-accessorial agent was discussed. Sea-island composite fiber was certain to be the direction in the developing of synthetic leather. It had a bright future in the fields of research and application.
