摘要(Abstract)：

利用熔体直接纺“一头两尾”单产大容量柔性化聚合设备的工艺路线，成功研制了大有光扁平133 dtex/144 f涤纶预取向丝。生产结果表明：当喷丝板长径比选择8∶1～10∶1、环形排列的DIO组件，纺丝箱体温度293℃，环吹冷却风压20 Pa，集束位置85 cm，卷绕速度2 730 m/min时，生产出的产品质量稳定。
The lustrous flat 133 dtex/144 f polyester pre-oriented yarn is successfully developed by using the process route of the melt direct spinning“one head two tails”unit with large capacity flexible polymerization equipments. The production results show that when the aspect ratio is 8∶1～10∶1, ring arrangement of DIO spinning pack is selected, the spinning box temperature is 293 ℃, ring blowing cooling of wind pressure is 20 Pa, collection position is 85 cm and winding speed is 2 730 m/min, the product which suitable to process quality stability can be produced.
