摘要(Abstract):

通过原料的表征控制、优质纺丝原液的高效制备、对纤维高分子链结构和聚集态结构的综合调控以及后整理技术的研究,开发出了既满足一体化结构敷料非织造加工要求,又满足综合医疗功能与临床易去除要求的医用海藻酸盐纤维。
By characterization and control of the raw material,preparation of high quality spinning dope,synthetical adjustments of the macromolecular chain structure and aggregation structute(reflected as physical and mechanical performances) and after-treatment,the medical alginate fiber was successfully developed.The fiber meets the requirements of multiple medical functions(high hemostatic property,absorbability,oxygen penetrability,gel blocking property,biocompatibility) and the performances of easy clinically removing,as well as the non-woven processing of the medical dressings with integrated structure.
