腈纶毛条纤维平均长度工艺控制的研究

摘要(Abstract):

腈纶丝束采用拉断工艺方法制条。分析了腈纶丝束本身质量对拉断纤维长度的影响,指出改进生产工艺,适当调整拉断机再割区隔距和拉伸倍数,可缩小纤维平均长度波动偏差,从而提高产品质量。
Acrylic tow is produced from acrylic top by drawing process. The article analyses that acrylic tow quanlity effects on the length of broken fiber. By adjusting technological parameters of stretch-breaking machine Seydel 679, the uneveness of fiber length is reduced and the quanlity of products is improved.
