氨纶耐氯性能试验方法
Test Method for the Chlorine-Resistant Performance of Spandex

摘要(Abstract):

耐氯氨纶成为发展高档弹性纺织品不可缺少的新材料,但耐氯性能测定方法的缺乏限制了其推广、应用。利用氨纶处理前后的强力保持率来表征其耐氯性能,为氨纶耐氯性能定量测定提供统一的检测方法。该方法能明显区分出常规氨纶和具有耐氯性能的氨纶,对于规范国际市场的氨纶贸易和指导纺织加工企业的原料采购与生产加工具有重要的意义。
Chlorine- resistant Spandex had became an indispensable new material to the development ofhigh-elastic textiles. Being lack of test method for the chlorine-resistant performance which limited applica-tions of chlorine-resistant Spandex. Strength retention before and after the treatment of Spandex were usedto characterize the chlorine-resistant performance which provided a unified detection method for the quanti-tative determination of chlorine-resistant performance. It was able to distinguish between common Spandexand chlorine-resistant Spandex by this method. A unified detection method for the chlorine-resistant perfor-mance of Spandex was important to the specification of Spandex markets in international trade, procurementof raw material and manufacturing of textile processing enterprises.
