涤纶全拉伸丝热辊节能分析
Analysis on Energy-Saving of Heated Godet of Polyester Fully Drawn Yarn

摘要(Abstract):

为了实现涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)设备的节能降耗,特别是降低FDY设备生产过程中的电耗,比较了同行业FDY设备中第一热辊的加热方式。经方案选择及节能试验对比分析,提出了采用设定合适的第一热辊上辊温度,下辊正常加热的生产工艺,生产出的产品质量良好,并且节能效果明显。
To realize energy-saving of polyester fully drawn yarn(FDY) production equipment,especially reducing electricity consumption,the heating method for first heated godet is compared with other factories.Through selection of solution and energy-saving test and investigation,the suitable temperature for first heated godet is made,the top quality product is produced and energy-saving effect is significant.
