两种方式下实现的厚度渐变型三维机织物组织结构设计
The Structure Design in Two Ways Implement the Gradient Thickness of Three-Dimensional Woven Fabric

摘要(Abstract):

根据机织的特点,通过减少织物层数和接结纱数量两种方式进行结构设计,实现单面和双面厚度方向的变化,并对小样织机进行部分改造,实现了更多层数的变化。结果表明:通过减少织物层数的方式实现的厚度变化与通过减少接结纱数量实现的厚度变化相比,前者厚度更厚并且厚度变化更明显。
According to the characteristics of woven, by reducing the number of fabric layers and reducingthe binder yarns to design the structure, the gradient thickness in single-sided and double-sided of thethickness direction was achieved. Sample loom was partial transfored and the change in more layers was got.The results showed that compared the way of reducing the number of fabric layers to achieve the thicknessvariation with the way of reducing the amount of the binder yarn, the former's thickness was more thick andthe thickness variation was more obvious.
