摘要(Abstract):

以竹炭母粒、聚酯切片为原料,在普通涤纶短纤维纺丝设备上纺制三维卷曲中空竹炭涤纶短纤维,并对其干燥、纺丝成形、拉伸、热定型等工艺进行了探讨。通过原料的把关、前后纺工艺的调整,生产出质量优良的三维卷曲中空竹炭涤纶短纤维。
In this paper, bamboo charcoal masterbatch and polyester chip were used as raw materials to produce three-dimensional crimp staple hollow fiber by using conventional polyester staple fiber production equipment. The techniques of drying, fiber forming process, stretching and heat-fixing, ect, were discussed. By selecting of material and adjusting of spinning, the good quality three-dimensional crimp hollow bamboo charcoal/polyester staple fiber was produced.
