涤纶全拉伸丝设备的技术改造The Technical Modification of Polyester Fully Drawn Yarn Equipment

摘要(Abstract)：
为了更好适应市场的需求,先后对全拉伸丝(FDY)设备进行了一系列技术改造,包括用FDY设备生产预取向丝(POY)的改造、双头纺改造、环吹风改造以及生产混纤复合丝改造,提高了FDY设备的生产柔性,扩大了生产品种,并通过生产调整和工艺优化,生产出高质量产品,满足了用户需求。实践证明,在FDY原装设备上进行技术改造是可行的,随着纺织技术的发展,根据设备特点,还可以进行多功能、灵活多变的改造,提高FDY设备生产适应性,生产出更多高附加值和市场需求的产品。
To meet the market demand, a series of technical modifications are made on the polyester fullydrawn yarn(FDY) equipment, including modification for pre-oriented yarn(POY) producing on FDY ma-chine, double end spinning modification, circular blowing modification and modification for blend compos-ite yarn production. As a result, the production flexibility of FDY machine is increased, range of product isenlarged and high quality fibers are produced with optimum process and production regulation. The practiceshows that the technical modification on FDY machine is feasible and the more modifications can be madeon the machine in order to elevate production suitability of the machine and produce more high value prod-ucts.
