摘要(Abstract):

通过全三元"射流-尾迹"流动计算得出定量分析,改善叶轮内流动状态,减少进口冲击和出口尾迹脱流等损失,使水泵效率得以提高,真正达到节能降耗之目的。
The one-dimensional flow theory of traditional water pump can not completely reflect the actual flow inside water pump and has hindered the efficiency enhancement of water pump in design.Through calculating the flow of complete three-dimension "jet flow-contrail" to get the quantitative analysis,improving the flow condition inside impeller and reducing the loss of entrance lash and exit contrail flow separation,the efficiency of water pump is enhanced and the goal of energy saving and consumption reducing are achieved.
