摘要(Abstract)：
LHV-301型切片干燥机是我国在吸收国外干燥设备的设计与制造技术、立足国内机械制造能力的基础上试制成功的。本文介绍了该机的工艺流程及切片、空气、含湿量在流程中的状态变化,并在此基础上分析了该机的优缺点,并介绍了作者在使用该机过程中对工艺和部分装置进行调整改进的经验。
The model LHV-301 chip drying device is domestic made based on the design and manufacturing techniques of overseas drying equipment and the machine producing ability in China. The technological process of this machine and the change in condition of chips, drying air, moisture content in the line are introduced, the virture and defects of this machine are analysed as well as the experience in adjustment and improvement on parts of machine during the performance are presented.
