摘要(Abstract)：
针对单饼24头纺(1个喷丝板对应1束丝)涤纶FDY生产技术特点,介绍了干燥控制、纺丝温度和黏度降控制、喷丝温度均匀性控制、丝束冷却和集束上油控制等生产技术。通过设备改进和生产控制技术的应用,已成功开发出单饼24头涤纶FDY细旦丝系列产品,产品性能优良。
In the light of the characteristic of 24 ends(one spinneret one end) polyester FDY production, the process control of chip dry, spinning temperature, viscosity drop, temperature uniformity, cooling and filaments collection was introduced. The 24 ends polyester FDY microfibers with good quality were manufactred by modification of equipments and application of production control technology.
