高等级丙纶地毯纱的开发Development of High-Grade Polypropylene Carpet Yarn

摘要(Abstract):
为使丙纶膨体变形丝(BCF)的关键指标提升到一个新的高度,以适应生产高档地毯的要求,通过优化纺丝温度、牵伸倍数、牵伸温度及改进喷丝板结构,使最终制得的BCF的强度、热卷曲伸长率、沸水收缩率分别达到2.2 cN/dtex、35%、1.8%的目标值。
In order to elevate highly the key specifications of polypropylene bulked continuous filament(BCF) yarn and to meet the requirements of high-grade carpet production, the spinning temperature, draw.ing ratio and drawing temperature are optimized as well as spinnerette structure is modified, the BCF yarn with tenacity 2.2 cN/dtex, thermal crimp elongation 35 % and boiling shrinkage 1.8 % are reached.
