对中国膨体变形丝与非织造机械发展的思考Consideration on the Development of Chinese BCF Yarn and Nonwoven Machinery

摘要(Abstract)：
简要介绍了中国化纤与非织造布市场近况,指出了中国在膨体变形丝(BCF)与非织造布设备研发中的滞后问题。以BCF生产线标准配置为例,指出中国BCF设备与国外的差距;以安德里茨(无锡)无纺布技术有限公司的发展情况,以及该公司对某客户40 g/m2薄型布产品的特殊配置为例,指出中国非织造机械的不足,最后展望了中国未来BCF与非织造布的发展。
The recent market situation of Chinese chemical fibers and nonwovens is introduced briefly, theresearch and development lag problem of Chinese bulked continuous filament(BCF) yarn and nonwovenequipment are pointed out. Taking standard configuration of BCF production line as example, the differencebetween local made BCF machinery and imported one is described. The development of Andritz(Wuxi) Non-woven Technology Co. Ltd and special configuration of 40 g/m2 light weight nonwoven product of his clientare provided. The future development of Chinese BCF and nonwoven is prospected.
