热致液晶聚芳酯纤维的纺丝与固相缩聚The Spinning and Solid State Polycondensation of Thermotropic Liquid Crystalline Aromatic Polyester Fiber

摘要(Abstract):
就热致液晶聚芳酯纤维的纺丝温度、热处理条件对纤维性能的影响进行了研究。通过差示扫描量热仪、纤维强力仪等对聚芳酯纤维的热性能及断裂强度进行了研究和分析,通过原子力显微镜对纤维的表面形态进行了观察,发现热致液晶聚芳酯纤维具有非常好的成纤特性,在热处理过程中,发生固相缩聚反应,高分子的相对分子质量增加,纤维断裂强度提高。
The effects of spinning temperature,heat-treatment conditions to the performances of thermotropic liquid crystalline aromatic polyester(TLCP) fiber were summarized in the paper.The thermal properties of the aromatic polyester fibers were investigated by employing differential scanning calorimetry,the breaking strength were tested by the fiber tensile tester,and the surface morphology of the fiber was observed by atomic force microscope.The results showed that TLCP fiber had good spinnability.During the heat-treatment,the solid state polycondensation was happened,while the molecular weight of the polymers and the breaking strength of fibers were increased.
