改性活性碳纤维吸附二氧化硫的研究

摘要(Abstract):

采用不同浓度的硝酸溶液在不同的浸渍时间和真空处理温度下,浸渍聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维(PAN-ACF)。以正交实验和单因素法分析影响改性聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维吸附二氧化硫的因素。实验结果表明:浸渍的初始浓度是影响改性的最主要因素,浓度达到0.12mol/L时,吸附量接近最大值,而浸渍时间和真空处理温度影响相对较小,并且改性聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维耐疲劳性较好。
The immersion for polyacrylonitrile activated carbon fiber was perform ed at various time and treatment temperature in the nitric acid solution of diff erent concentration. The primary factors affecting sulfur dioxide adsorption amo unt of modified PAN-ACF were analyzed by orthogonal experimental and single-fact or method. The result showed that primary factor was the immersion initial conce ntration. The adsorption amount was maximized as about 690mg/g after the immersi on initial concentration achieved 0.12mol/L. The immersion time and treatment te mperature had little effect on adsorption amount. And the modified PAN-ACF had g ood fatigue-resisting .
