摘要(Abstract):

以生产12头222 dtex/18 f聚酰胺66为例介绍了纺丝工艺条件:采用双螺纹螺杆挤压机,切片可以均匀熔融,机头压力波动小;采用分体式纺丝箱体,容易煅烧,拆装工程量小;采用三杆双侧固定架上油装置,上油均匀,纤维品质高;采用三组热辊两级牵伸,纤维强力高、能耗小;采用全并联热媒供热系统,热媒流速快,系统温差小;采用2.2 m高的侧吹风窗,门上部为百叶窗透气结构,下部为玻璃密封结构,丝束无弯曲、摆动、相互缠绕和粘连现象;选择合理的喷丝板微孔,纤维可纺性较好。
The spinning process conditions were introduced in 12 end 222 dtex/18 f polyamide 66. Whendouble screw extruder was used, the chip was melted evenly and the pressure surge was low. It was easy tocalcinate with the split type spin beam, and the amount of unpacking was small. The three-pole double-side fixed oil installation was used, the upper oil was uniform, the fiber quality was high. Three sets of hotroller two-level drafting was used, fiber strength was high, energy consumption was small. The fully parallelheat medium heating system was adopted, the velocity of the heat medium was fast and the system tempera-ture difference was small. The upper part of the door was window-shades structure, the under part was theglass sealing structure, and the fibers were not bent, swing, intertwine and adhesion. The reasonable spinner-et microhole was chosen, the spinnability was better.
