对位芳纶的发展现状、技术分析及展望

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了美国杜邦公司、日本帝人公司、韩国、俄罗斯以及中国聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺(PPTA)纤维(对位芳纶)的发展及其生产能力。从聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺的合成、纺丝液的制备、干湿法纺丝、溶剂回收等方面探讨了制约中国对位芳纶发展的原因。详细介绍了对位芳纶主要产品的性能及其在先进复合材料、防护材料、橡胶增强材料、建筑结构加固材料、摩擦材料和密封材料等领域的应用,并展望了中国对位芳纶的发展前景。
The development and capability of poly (p-phenylene terephthalamide) fiber in America, Japan, Korea, Russia and China are introduced. The key technolgies such as polymerization, preparation of spinning solution, dry wet spinning and solvent recovery which bottlenecked the development of poly (p-phenylene terephthalamide) fiber of China are disscussed. The performance of poly (p-phenylene terephthalamide) fiber and its applications in advanced composite material, protective material, rubber reinforcement material, reinforcement material for building, friction material and sealing material are introduced, and its development in China is prospected.
