摘要(Abstract)：

用纺丝级PTT切片,在常规纺丝-拉伸联合设备上生产出满足纺织加工要求的PTT纤维(FDY),就切片干燥、纺丝温度、纺丝组件、冷却条件、热辊温度、拉伸等工艺条件对PTTFDY质量的影响进行了探讨。
PTT fiber was produced on standard spinning-drawing-winding machine with PTT chip made in Canada.The effect of spinning temperature,spinpack,cooling condition,hot-roller temperature and drawing condition on the production was studied.The experimental results showed that the quality of PTT fiber was obtained by partial modification of the machine and process.
