网络加工参数对网络丝质量显著性影响的评价
The Influence of Interlace Processing Parameters on Quality of Interlaced Yarn

摘要(Abstract):

用统计方法中的析因分析和相关分析,研究了网络加工的3个工艺参数:压缩空气压强、加工速度和喂入率对网络度和网络牢度影响的显著性以及网络度和网络牢度的相关性。结果表明:喂入率对网络度的影响最大;加工速度对网络牢度的影响最大。为了较全面考察网络丝的质量,应该同时考虑网络度和网络牢度。
The statistical method was used to study the influence of three processing parameters of supplied air pressure, yarn speed and overfeed ratio on number and strength of tangles of interlaced yarn and the correlation between the number of tangles and strength of tangles. Results showed that overfeed ratio was the most significant processing parameter to the number of tangles and yarn speed was the most significant processing parameter to the strength of tangles. For fully characterizing an interlaced yarn, it was necessary to test both the number of tangles and strength of tangles.
