直纺111 dtex/144f涤纶FDY品质提升的探讨

摘要(Abstract):

在实际生产中,熔体直纺111 dtex/144 f涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)的染色和外观毛丝是工艺控制的难点。通过相关的质量改进试验发现:生产1l1 dtex/144 f涤纶FDY时,控制组件压力在13.0~15.0 MPa、纺丝温度在289~291℃,选择合适的无风区高度、冷却风温及风压、上油方式及拉伸工艺等,能够生产出染色性良好的纤维;并将其毛丝降级率控制在0.12%、AA率提升到98.6%,产品的品质得到较大提升。
During actual production, the dyeing and appearance of 111 dtex/144 f melt spun polyester full drawn yarn(FDY) are difficult to control. The quality improvement test shows that 111 dtex/144 f FDY with good dyeing property can be produced when the spinning pack pressure is 13.0~15.0 MPa, the spinning temperature is 289~291 ℃, the suitable height of airless zone, cooling wind temperature and pressure, oiling mode and drawing process are choosen, and the degradation rate of broken filament is controlled at 0.12%,the AA rate is raised to 98.6%, so that the quality of the product is greatly improved.
