摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了该公司由德国ZIMMER公司全套引进的大型生产涤纶超细纤维项目的生产设备和主要工艺流程,并对其切片选择、干燥效果、纺丝温度、侧吹风、熔体过滤,喷丝孔径,卷绕与假捻工艺等进行了讨论与评价。
The production equipment and main technology of a whole set large scale facility imported from Zimmer Co. for manufacture of ultrafine polyester fiber are introduced. Discussions with estimations are made on the chips selection and drying,Spinning temperature,quenching lateral blow ,melt filtration,spinnerette diame-ter, winding and false twisting technologies etc .
