Melt Direct Spinning Production Process of 700 dtex/108 f High Tenacity And Super Low Shrinkage Polyamide 66 FDY

摘要(Abstract):

采用聚酰胺66熔体直接纺丝工艺路线,对700dtex/108 f聚酰胺66高强超低缩纤维的生产工艺进行研究,探讨了盐液质量、熔体黏度、纺丝温度、匀油器、热辊温度、上油率等工艺参数对生产的影响。结果表明:提高聚酰胺66盐液过滤精度,选择聚酰胺66熔体相对黏度76~80、纺丝温度298℃、匀油器压力0.22MPa、上油率0.8%等优化后的工艺参数,制得的产品质量优良,断裂强度达到7.93 cN/dtex,干热收缩率3.9%,染色合格品率为99.5%,染色均匀度为3~4级,满卷率达到92%。
The 700 dtex/108 f high tenacity and super low shrinkage polyamide 66 FDY was produced by melt direct spinning process.The influences of the quality of polyamide 66 salt solution,melt viscosity,spinning temperature,migration nozzle,heat roller temperature and oil pick-up on the production were discussed.The results showed that when increasing the polyamide 66 salt solution filtration precision,the relative viscosity of polyamide was 76 ~ 80,spinning temperature was 298℃,migration nozzle pressure was0.22 MPa,oil pick-up was 0.8%,the product quality was excellent.The high tenacity and super low shrinkage polyamide 66 yarn had breaking tenacity of 7.93 cN/dtex,hot air shrinkage of 3.9%,dye qualification rate of 99.5%,dye evenness of 3~4 grade,and the full package rate was 92%。
