摘要(Abstract):
本文从交络喷嘴的丝道内的气流分析入手,研究了各种形状的丝道截面的几何参数与喷嘴效能的关系,认为丝道内生成强势的二次流和降低主气流动能耗散以及纤维束再入主气流方向与交络效果密切相关,心形截面的丝道可以满足这三方面的要求。
On the basis of air flow analysis in the thread line of interlacing nozzels, an investigation has been made on the relationship between geometric parameters of various cross section shapes of thread iine and the effeciency of the nozzels. It is considered that the strong secondary air flow formed in the thread line, decrease of kinetic energy dissipation of main air flow and the direction of filaments re-entering the main flow are closely related to the efficiency of interlacing. It is also concluded that the thread line with heart shape cross section can meet the requirements in those three aspects.
