聚乳酸静电纺/熔喷复合纤维膜的制备
Preparation of Polylactic Acid Electrospinning/Meltblown Composite Fiber Membrane

摘要(Abstract):

用熔喷非织造布设备制备聚乳酸(PLA)熔喷非织造布,并以此作为接收基布,将PLA静电纺纤维喷覆在上面,制得PLA静电纺/熔喷复合纤维膜。对比分析了PLA熔喷非织造布和静电纺/熔喷复合纤维膜的表观形貌、纤维直径及直径分布,测试了孔径大小及其分布、过滤效率、透气性和力学性能,得出如下结论:PLA静电纺纤维直径分布主要在2~2.40μm,熔喷纤维直径分布主要在5~6μm,两种纤维叠合在一起,直径等级区分清晰,结构梯度明显;PLA熔喷非织造布的孔径主要分布在10μm左右,PLA静电纺/熔喷复合纤维膜的孔径分布在8μm左右,PLA熔喷非织造布表面喷覆PLA静电纺纤维后,透气率下降,断裂强力增加了75.4%,断裂伸长率减小。
Polylactic acid(PLA) meltblown nonwoven fabric was prepared as a receiving base fabric, and PLA electrospinning fibers were sprayed on a PLA meltblown nonwoven fabric to obtain a PLA electrospinning/meltblown composite fiber membrane. The apparent morphology of PLA meltblown nonwoven and electrospinning/meltblown composite fiber membrane were analyzed. The fiber diameter, diameter distribution, pore size and distribution, filtration efficiency, air permeability and mechanics performance were tested. The conclusions were as follows: the diameter of PLA electrospinning fiber was mainly distributed in 2~2.40 μm, the diameter of the meltblown fiber was mainly distributed in 5~6 μm, the two kind of fibers were stacked together, the diameter grade was clear, and the structural gradient was obvious. The pore size of PLA meltblown nonwoven fabric was mainly distributed at about 10 μm. The pore size distribution of PLA electrospinning/meltblown composite fiber membrane was about 8 μm. After the surface sprayed PLA electrospinning fiber, the air permeability of PLA meltblown nonwoven decreased, the breaking strength increased by 75.4%, the elongation at break decreased.
