聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维分散染料常压沸染性能

摘要(Abstract):

采用低温型分散染料,不用载体,对聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)纤维进行常压沸染染色。讨论了染色温度、染色时间和染浴pH值对PBT纤维上染率、表观色深度(K/S值)和断裂强度的影响,得出了最佳的染色条件:温度为100℃,时间为40 min左右,染浴pH值为中性。
The polybutylene terephthalate(PBT) fiber is dyed at low temperature and normal atmosphere with disperse dye and carrier-free.The effect of the dyeing temperature,dyeing time and pH value of dye-bath on dyeing rate,value of K/S and breaking strength of the fiber is discussed.The optimum dyeing con-ditions are dyeing temperature at 100 ℃,dyeing time about 40 min and dyebath for neutrally.
