摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了干法腈纶的制条生产工艺。结果表明:干法腈纶因其纺丝成形工艺特殊,纤维结构致密,截面成犬骨状,因而与湿法腈纶有不同的特点。合理设定拉断热板温度及拉伸、各区域拉伸倍数、再割区隔距及梳理拉伸等工艺参数,可成功开发出符合需求的3.33dtex干法腈纶膨体毛条。
The technology of bulky top produced by dry spinning acrylic tow is introduced. It is shown that dry spinning acrylic fibre, because of its specific spinning process, dense structure, dogbone section, has different characteristic to wet spinning acrylic. The process parameters including heat-plate temperature and heat-plate draw ratio of stretcher, draw ratio of each breaking zone, distance of rebreaking zone and carding draw ratio are selected correctly. In this way, 3.33dtex dry spinning acrylic bulky top can be successfully obtained.
