保暖发热聚酯纤维的开发Preparation of Warm Heating Polyester Fiber

摘要(Abstract):
将电气石母粒添加到聚酯中,纺制成中空形聚酯预取向丝,再经假捻变形加工使其具有三维卷曲形态,开发出保暖发热聚酯纤维。假捻变形时第一热箱温度控制在180~190℃,纤维断裂强度为3.2 c N/dtex,卷曲收缩率为24%。经测试表明:该纤维的远红外法向发射率为88%,温升为2.9℃,中空形状保持完好。
The tourmaline masterbatch was added into polyester to prepare hollow pre-oriented yarn(POY),then the false twist texturing was used for the POY, the warm heating fiber was obtained and it had three di-mensional crimp. During false twist texturing, the temperature of the first hot box was controlled at 180~190 ℃, the breaking strength and the crimp shrinkage of the warm heating fiber were up to 3.2 c N/dtex and24% respectively. The test results showed that the far-infrared normal emission rate of the fiber was 88%,the temperature rise reached 2.9 ℃ and the hollow shape was well preserved.
