抗菌蔗渣浆纤维的制备及其性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

以漂白蔗渣浆为原料、3-氯-2-羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵为抗菌剂,在碱性条件下发生醚化反应,制备具有广谱抗菌性能的抗菌蔗渣浆纤维。研究了接枝率、接触时间、菌液浓度、洗涤次数对抗菌蔗渣浆纤维抑菌率的影响,试验表明:当接枝率为3%时,抗菌蔗渣浆纤维对大肠埃希菌、金黄葡萄球菌、白念珠菌的抑菌率均为100%;且经过20次洗涤后,抗菌蔗渣浆纤维的抑菌率仍在90%以上,耐洗涤性能好。抗菌蔗渣浆纤维可用于制备具有抗菌性能的食品包装纸,进而实现蔗渣浆纤维的高值化利用。
A kind of antibacterial bagasse pulp fiber with broad-spectrum antimicrobial properties was prepared by the bleached bagasse pulp and 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethylammonium chloride via etherification reaction under alkaline condition. The effects of grafting degree, contact time, bacterial concentration and washing times on the bacterial inhibition rate of antibacterial bagasse pulp fiber were studied. The results indicated that when the grafting degree was higher than 3%, the antibacterial rate of antibacterial bagasse pulp fiber against to E.coli, S.aureus and C.albicans could reach to 100%, and the antibacterial bagasse pulp fiber had good washing endurance, the antibacterial rate of the antibacterial bagasse pulp fiber still maintained above 90% after washing 20 times. The antibacterial bagasse pulp fiber can be prepared to the antibacterial food wrapping paper, therefore, the high value-added utilization of bagasse pulp fiber can be realized.
