活性炭再生过程中酸性废水回收利用方法A Method for Recovery and Utilization of Acid Wastewater from Activated Carbon Regeneration

摘要(Abstract):
在使用活性炭吸附二硫化碳的过程中,由于会有少量的硫化氢及硫化物附着在活性炭表面,降低吸附效果。为了提升吸附效果,要对活性炭进行再生即对其进行脱硫或脱酸处理,在此过程中会产生大量的酸性废水。酸性废水的外排增加会造成生产成本增加。为了降低酸性废水的外排,采用少量碱液经过静态混合器充分混合后再进行回收利用。经过近一年的数据收集与对比,发现改造前后碱液的消耗量并未有明显的增加,而酸性水外排量明显减少;同时对吸附槽工艺处理产生的酸性废水如何进行回收再利用进行了分析。
In the process of using activated carbon to adsorb carbon disulfide, a small amount of hydrogen sulfide and sulfide will adhere to the surface of activated carbon, which will reduce the adsorption effect. In order to improve the adsorption effect, the activated carbon should be regeneration desulfurized or deacidified. In this process, a large amount of acid wastewater is generated. The increase of acid wastewater discharge will result in the increase of production cost. In order to reduce the discharge of acid wastewater, a small amount of alkali liquor is used for recycling after static mixing. After nearly a year of data collection and comparison, it is found that the consumption of alkali liquor before and after the modification has not increased significantly, while the outflow of acid water decreased significantly. At the same time, how to recycle the acid wastewater from the adsorption tank process is analyzed.
