摘要(Abstract):
阐述了易去污和抗菌的原理,并针对涤纶针刺非织造布的特点,选择含氟防污整理剂和甲壳素抗菌整理剂对其进行易去污及抗菌整理。试验结果表明:整理剂的用量和反应温度是影响试验效果的关键因素,在整理加工过程中,选择适当的整理助剂和工艺参数进行后整理加工,可制得具有优异的抗菌、易去污功能的针刺非织造布鞋材。
This paper expounds the easy decontamination and antibacterial principle.According to the characteristics of polyester non-wovens,the fluorine-containing antifouling finishing agents and chitin antibacterial finishing agent were selected for easy decontamination and antibacterial finishing.The test results showed that the finishing agent dosage and reaction temperature was a key factor affecting the experimental effects.In the functional finishing process,selecting the appropriate finishing auxiliaries and process parameters could produce needled non-woven material with excellent and easy decontamination function.
