微纳米有机微球对聚丙烯复合体系流变及力学性能的影响The Influence of Micro-nano Particles on Rheology and Machanical Properties of PP Composite

摘要(Abstract):
用聚丙烯和马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯作为基体,以微乳液法制备的纳米微球作为添加剂制备出3种不同的复合体系,并通过旋转流变仪对各复合体系与聚丙烯/马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯基体的流变行为进行了对比研究,然后通过电子万能试验机对各复合体系以及基体的力学性能进行了对比试验。结果表明:随着纳米微球的加入,复合体系的表观黏度均下降;同时,随着剪切速率和剪切应力的增加,各复合体系的表观黏度也下降。由此可推得,纳米微球的加入可以在相对较低的温度下降低熔体黏度,更加有利于纺丝成形。通过研究,3#微球较其他样品具备较优的熔融纺丝条件,且力学性能下降也最少。
Polypropylene(PP) and maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene(PP-g-MAH) with the addition of the micro-nano particles(PS/PMMA/PBA) were prepared by melt blending.The rheological behavior of pure PP and the blends was studied by means of rotational rheometer.And then use the electronic almighty material experiment machine to test the mechanical property of PP and other composite.The result indicated that the melt apparent viscosity was decreased with the addition of micro-nano particles. The adding of particles could reduce melt viscosity for melt-spinning even at comparatively lower temperature.The result also showed that the 3# composite was better for melt spinning and lower decrease on its mechanical property.
