熔体直纺阳离子涤纶预取向丝工艺探讨Process Study of Melt Direct Spinning with Cationic Polyester Pre-Oriented Yarn

摘要(Abstract):
采用改进的杜邦三釜工艺,将间苯二甲酸双羟乙酯-5-磺酸钠(SIPE)溶液通过喷嘴加入到PET低聚物管线中,经缩聚得到阳离子PET熔体,然后经冷却、上油和卷绕得到88 dtex/72 f阳离子涤纶预取向丝(POY)。研究了SIPE用量、聚合及纺丝工艺参数对生产稳定性及成品指标的影响,结果表明:当SIPE质量分数为2.6%,预缩聚和终缩聚反应温度分别为277℃和278℃,熔体输送温度和纺丝箱体温度分别为279℃和285℃,环吹风压20 Pa,含油率0.6%,卷绕速度2 680 m/min时,生产过程最为稳定,成品指标最好。
Cationic PET melt was synthesized by SIPE solution and PET oligomer using optimized DuPont three cauldron polymerization technological process. Then, 88 dtex/72 f cationic polyester POY was prepared by cationic PET melt after cooling, oiling and winding. The influences of SIPE dosage, polymerization and spinning process parameters on the production stability and finished product indicators were studied.Experimental results show that the production process is the most stable and the product performance is the best when the SIPE dosage is 2.6%, the reaction temperatures of pre-polycondensation and final polycondensation are 277 ℃ are 278 ℃, the melt conveying temperature and spinning beam temperature are 279 ℃ and285 ℃, ring cooling wind pressure is 20 Pa, the oil content is 0.6%, and the winding speed is 2 680 m/min.
