聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯短纤维生产工艺研究

摘要(Abstract):

利用现有涤纶短纤维生产设备,使用壳牌化学公司聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯(PTT)切片原料成功纺制了1.67dtex×38mm短纤维,纤维强度3.0cN/dtex,伸长73.1%。纺丝工艺条件是:纺丝温度为258~268℃,纺速1100m/min,拉伸油浴50℃,拉伸总倍数2.25~3.20,干燥条件则与涤纶相同。
Using Shell Company's chips as raw material, the PTT staple fiber of 1.67 dtex×38 mm was produced by existing PET production line. The break strength and elongation of the fiber were 3.0cN/dtex and 73.1% respectively. The PTT staple fiber was prepared with the conditions of spinning temperature 255~265℃, spinning speed 1100 m/min, draw bath temperature 50℃, total draw ratio 2.25~3.2.
