基于纤维改性沥青混合料的水稳定性分析

摘要(Abstract):

为探究纤维类型和掺量对沥青混合料水稳定性的影响,降低水对沥青路面性能的不良作用,分别以聚丙烯腈纤维、木质素纤维以及聚酯纤维3种不同纤维作为改性剂,依次开展室内浸水马歇尔、浸水飞散、冻融劈裂等试验并进行结果分析。结果表明:聚丙烯腈纤维改性沥青混合料的水稳定性最优;选用聚丙烯腈纤维来改善水稳定性是最佳方案,且纤维质量分数宜为0.10%。
In order to explore the influence of fiber type and content on the water stability of asphalt mixture and reduce the adverse effect of water on the performance of asphalt pavement, the polyacrylonitrile fiber,lignin fiber and polyester fiber were used as modifiers to carry out indoor immersion Marshall, immersion dispersion, freeze-thaw splitting and other tests and analyze the results. The results show that the water stability of polyacrylonitrile fiber modified asphalt mixture is the best. It is the best proposal to choose polyacrylonitrile fiber to improve water stability, and the fiber mass fraction should be 0.10%.
