Development of Production Technology for 39 dtex/144 f Superfine Porous Polyester Fiber DTY

摘要(Abstract):

讨论了39 dtex/144 f超细旦涤纶拉伸变形丝(DTY)的生产工艺和设备改造,对牵伸倍数、加工速度、定形温度、网络、卷绕张力等工艺进行了分析和调试,找出最优工艺,成功开发出了单丝纤度0.3 dtex以下的涤纶DTY产品,相关工艺及设备的匹配度良好,生产稳定。
The production technology and equipment modification of superfine denier polyester DTY were discussed. The draw ratio, processing speed, setting temperature, intertwining, winding tension process were analyzed and debugged, the optimal process was found out. The results showed that the polyester DTY products with monofilament fineness below 0.3 dtex were developed successfully. The matching of related processes and equipment was good, and the production was stable.
