涤纶短纤维原丝拉伸性能与EYS1.5的关系

摘要(Abstract):

根据日本东洋纺采用Tension拉伸试验器检测EYS 1.5的方法原理,在国产YG-001(A)电子强力仪上测定原丝的应力—应变曲线,并从中求出EYS1.5的值,通过数据分析结果,摸索出了EYS1.5和各种工艺值的相应关系,确立了把原丝EYS 1.5作为我厂涤纶短纤维中间控制的一项重要指标。
Based on the principle in the Toyobo Co. 's method of using tensile machine for the measuring of EYS 1. 5,the stress-strain curve of polyester as-supn fiber is measured on the domestic YG-001 (A) electronic tensile strength tester and from which the value of EYS 1. 5 is obtained. By the data analysing the relationship between EYS 1. 5 and various technology parameters are found out resulted in the detremination of as-spun fibers EYS 1. 5 as an important index in the intermediate control of polyester staple production.
