摘要(Abstract)：
SDS900-A型机是英国进口的一种适合生产常规和细旦涤纶低弹丝(DTY)的高速纺拉伸变形机。其 关键部件在接近使用寿命极限时,产品质量极不稳定。就如何控制及开发新的配套国产备件,进行了专项研究, 经几年两个循环周期的生产实践,效果优异。
SDS900-A machine is a new type hi-speed texturing machine imported from U.K. It is suitable for producing regular and fine polyester DTY. When its key parts close to their life time, products quality is very unstable. The special research work is made on development of locally-made matching spare parts and excellent results are obtained after two cycles' practice in several years.
