摘要(Abstract):
以木醋杆菌(Acetobacter xylinum)为菌种,蛋白胨、酵母膏为培养基,毛细管为模板获得了定向生长的束状细菌纤维素,并研究了培养时间对束状细菌纤维素生长的影响,发现培养10d为最佳。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)分析了束状细菌纤维素的结构。
Oriented bundle-like bacterial cellulose were obtained by capillary templated,using acetobacter xylinum as bacteria,peptone and yeast extract as medium.The influence of culture time was investigated on the growth of bundle-like bacterial cellulose,it was found that 10 days was the best growth time.The structure of the samples was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).
