聚酯生产中PTA浆料调配工艺控制的优化改进Optimization and Improvement of PTA Slurry Mixing Process Control in Polyester Production

摘要(Abstract):
由于个别装置的PTA原料温度波动大,造成PTA浆料配制过程产生波动,影响后续反应。通过新增一套EG加热系统,利用装置现有的工艺塔尾气余热蒸汽系统对PTA浆料温度进行调控,提高了PTA浆料调配的稳定性,缩小了浆料密度的波动范围值。
Due to the great fluctuation of PTA raw material temperature in individual units, the production fluctuation of PTA slurry preparation process is caused, and the subsequent reaction is affected. By adding a new EG heating system, the temperature of PTA slurry is regulated by the waste heat steam system of tail gas of the existing process tower, which improves the stability of PTA slurry blending and reduces the fluctuation range of slurry density.
