摘要(Abstract)：

切片可萃取物含量的高低对纺丝影响很大,影响PA6切片可萃取物含量的因素有:切片的比表面积、萃取时间、萃取温度、萃取浴比、萃取塔内构件结构和分布。
The high or low content of extractives in chips will affect spinning greatly. Th e factors affecting the content of extractives in PA6 chips are the specific sur face area, the extraction time, the extraction temperature, the extraction bath ratio and the inner structure of extraction tower.
