假发用纤维的热学性能探究

摘要(Abstract):

假发的热学性能直接关系着假发生产工艺和使用性能,主要探讨了假发用纤维——聚氯乙烯纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚酯纤维和真发的热稳定性能、热收缩性能和阻燃性能。结果表明,五种纤维材料的沸水收缩率都明显大于其120℃的热空气收缩率,合成纤维的阻燃性能远比不上真发天然的阻燃性能。研究结果为发制品的应用提供了支撑。
Thermal properties are directly related to the production process and the use performance of wigs.The thermal stability, heat shrink properties and flame retardant of wig fibers, such as polyvinyl chloride fiber, polyacrylonitrile fiber, polypropylene fiber, polyester fiber and real hair are discussed. The results show that the boiling water shrinkage of five fiber materials are significantly greater than the hot air shrinkage at120 ℃, and the flame retardant of the synthetic fiber is far less than that of natural hair. The results provide support for the application of hair products.
