不同应用条件对改性聚芳噁二唑纤维力学性能的影响The Effect of Different Using Conditions on Mechnical Properties of Modified POD Fiber

摘要(Abstract):
研究了改性聚芳噁二唑(POD)纤维分别在300℃热空气中、氙灯照射老化过程中、H_2O_2溶液以及酸碱溶液浸泡过程中纤维力学性能的变化情况,并与间位芳纶和聚酰亚胺纤维进行对比。结果表明:300℃热空气中,经过168 h老化,改性POD纤维的强度保持率在50%左右,纤维的断裂伸长率保持率在20%左右;在氙灯照射72 h后,纤维强度保持率在80%以上,纤维伸长率保持率在50%以上;改性POD纤维的耐氧化性和耐碱性较好。
The mechnical properties of modified aromatic polyoxadiazoles(POD) fiber in 300 ℃ hot air,in the aging process of Xenon lamp exposure,in the process of H_2O_2 solution and the acid and alkali solution soaking were studied respectively,and compared with those of m-aramid fiber and polyimide fiber.The results show that the breaking strength retention rate of modified POD fiber after thermal oxidizing aging for 168 hours at 300 ℃ is near 50% while the breaking elongation retention rate is near 20%,after Xenon lamp exposure for 72 hours,the strength retention rate is over 80% while the elongation retention rate is over 50%.The modified POD fiber has good oxidation resistance and alkali resistance.
